We are passionate about children s Health & making it FUN!
A variety of Fun Traditional Australian Sports, races, games to develop health , stamina, co ordination, social skills, confidence, diet & water Awareness & safety. Taught by Triathlete, surf life saver & qualified fitness instructor Jas & assisted by his Home schooled Junior Triathlete Daughter, Tahlia.
10 Week Program
1- Beach & Bush Fun run & walk
2- Mini World Cup Soccer
3- Mini World Cup Soccer
4- Mini Master Chef Challenge – Raw food creations
5- Mini Beach Olympics ( Volley ball, sprints, long jump ect. )
6-10th week – Wild water safety & awareness with fun fitness educational games.
